Announcement for Code Blue Costumes ‼️

From today onwards, we will be implementing Assurance Fees for all our costumes in Code Blue. 😥

For more than a year now, we have not placed assurance fees on our costumes for the purpose of making them AS AFFORDABLE AS POSSIBLE.

However, we have encountered some renters who DO NOT PAY THEIR REMAINING BALANCE (may it be for extension fee, damage fee, and the like) and they IGNORE OUR MESSAGES despite messaging them almost everyday to remind them.

Although we want to settle things privately as it should be, we still have to post their profiles on our page just to get a reply from them.

Therefore, we have made the hard choice of implementing assurance fees instead, to avoid these kinds of scenarios. The assurance fee serves as our assurance that you will be returning our costumes in good condition and you will be paying the fees for extended use properly, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

More details about assurance fees can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

This is also a reminder to all our renters to please read the Terms and Conditions. If you have questions about it, do not hesitate to ask. If you do not like or agree to our Terms and Conditions, you may cancel our transaction.
