Recipe for spicy vegetables brown rice
Spekko Rice
Ingredients
- 2cups Spekko brown rice
-2Medium potatos
-A cup of frozen mixed vegetable
-Rosemary chopped
-A hand of red cabbage
-Half Green , Yellow and red pepper
-Half onion chopped
-Spoon of black pepper
-Pinch of salt and tumeric
-Curry powder
-BbQ spice
-Paprika

Method
-cook rice according to back pack
-boil potato till tender don't over cook them
-On medium pot heat oil and a spoon of butter with a law heat until it melts
- add onion, rosemary and all the peppers and stir for a minute
-Add frozen mixed vegetable wait for 2, minutes before Adding all the spices mentioned above according to their measurement.
-Add potatoes and rice . Remove from the heat after 5 minutes and serve 😋. Enjoy it with chicken curry or chicken livers
