Ssshh - I’m going to let you in on a secret!

Slightly heated brownie + icecream = DELICIOUS 😋

Heated for about 20 secs in the microwave & add icecream! The coldness of the icecream turns the heated brownie into a decadent chewy dessert!

This is my absolute favourite way to eat our brownies - pure indulgence 😋

New to put menu - Decadent Chocolate Brownie!!! 🍫

This brownie is absolutely delicious 😋 Full of hazelnuts & dark chocolate, it is dense & fudgey - everything a good brownie should be!!

It is perfect as a treat with a coffee or warm it & add your favourite icecream 🍦and now it’s an amazing dessert!

And best of all - IT’S GLUTEN FREE!!! 👏

We are currently working on our other slices - Mars Bar & Choc Slice recipes to make them available in gluten-free aswell! 👏👏👏

School is back tomorrow!!!!
I spent the arvo with my favourite little helper making our family favourite - chocolate slice!
I always need to make double of this slice as it gets eaten at a rapid rate. This is an old family recipe that my mum used to make for me when I was a kid - I’m pretty sure the recipe came from my beautiful nan Daisy 💕
I have adapted the recipe slightly to reduce the sugar, so it’s a perfect after school snack or lunch box treat. It stores perfectly in the freezer - if it lasts that long 😊
