This event would be nothing without the people who help to weave together each edition. You know who you are and from the bottom of our heart THANKYOU!
We are beyond lucky to have such honorable and determined legends in our scene!

This year was our biggest yet in many ways, it was a testament to a dream we've been holding onto so dearly.
Navigating the Australian scene is tricky at best, especially when trying to promote less conventional styles of music. Each year we learn more and more, push the boundaries more, new challenges arise and the attempt at understanding the limits of how far we can push budgets and line ups in S.E.Q becomes clearer and clearer.

In saying this we will be taking a 1 year break from the Swampy Conscience series. This is to give us time to stop, think and breath after 5 years of constant planning with sometimes only 1 month off until diving into the next event. With this time we plan to further construct the ultimate event structure and form our dream-team to bring a stronger festival style psychedelic event.
In the mean time we will be focusing on a new series of events in a smaller format, we will be shifting our focus to more of an AV (AudioVisual) immersive doof style event rather then the festival outfit. Keep your ears peeled as the new year prevails!

Spreading fresh Psychedelic music paired this high quality production will always be at the forefront of our vision and we will continue to educate and spread these sounds through our events. The people that come to support and enjoy what we do are truly awesome beings and we thank everyone of you dearly for sticking with us though the hurdles and hickups over the years.

Dearest Swamp Creatures

Firstly, we would like to give gratitude to the attendees of this years edition.

You were clean, respectful, patient, supportive and most of all, full of love and d-floor enthusiasm. The people that swampy brings out of the woodwork each year has become one of the most enjoyable and treasured aspects for us.

Now, we'd like to acknowledge & address something.

Yes you may have witnessed or heard through the grapevine but for those who didn't, we lost a very special member of our scene on the Sunday of the event. This rippled throughout the event and brought some challenging emotions up for a lot of crew & patrons.
For any attendee wondering why main stage closed Sunday morning this is why.

After connecting with the friends and family of our lost one, we agreed to all come together and pay respect to life, to the music they loved, holding a space by the river on the 2nd stage area where the crowd reconnected to support one another.
