The wonderful team at Rownhams House have asked us to organise one last fayre for them THIS October on the 6th before they close for renovations.

We absolutely love this venue, as do the public and it’s not hard to see why. A stunning Georgian house on the edge of Southampton with a beautiful grounds including a lake, ceremony spaces (inside & out) that will take your breath away but at the heart of this venue is Helen & Nigel who take such enormous pride and care in your day to make it spectacular.

So suppliers fill in the exhibitors form on our website to get booked in asap!

We are hiring!

Due to the massive growth of Hampshire Wedding Network we are hiring.

We are looking for someone to join our team to help with checking the tickets 🎟️ from the public when they arrive at our fayres.

You will need to be able to drive as our venues are scattered across Hampshire, have a warm personality, be presentable but most importantly be passionate about weddings!

Hours will be approximately two fayres a month from 9:30-4pm.

I’m so excited to finally be able to share them all with you, it’s been killing me having to keep it secret!

Only 1 venue has preferred suppliers that we must give first refusal to, other than that its first come first served so it’s important to get your email request in via our website in the usual way when the LIVE is finished.

Hello to all our new followers 👋🏻

We’ve had so many new followers after all our fayres we thought say hi & we’d tell you all about us and our mission statement is:

💰Which ever way you look at it, the cost of weddings soon mount up & we get it. We want to help you by sourcing the best venues in Hampshire & having suppliers who can help.

💒 We only have our wedding fayres at venues that are affordable and are beautiful so you don’t feel like you’re compromising. We are also champions of smaller hidden gem venues whose service is second to none!

😊 Community! Our fayres have the best suppliers who exhibit with us regularly allowing you to build up a rapport and relationship with them so you’re not feeling like your being jumped on the second they see you 🦅 Where we have such a lovely community of suppliers you’ll often hear them recommend friends in the industry if they’re booked on your date. Collaboration over competition is our vibe 🥰

😘 We’re small enough to care. You’ll have met our founder Andrea scanning your tickets at the door & she’ll happily recommend suppliers or ideas to you for your big day. We often get DMs asking for recommendations and we love being able to help you.

All of the above is why we’re building the foundations of a fabulous wedding community for couples and suppliers alike & ticket sales show our fayres are becoming the go-to events in your wedding planning process!

You’ve been asking & we’ve listened, so get ready for the launch of 2025 wedding fayres on 7th August 2024 at 7pm. I’ll be going LIVE on here to announce the dates and venues.

We got a few new gorgeous venues on board for 2025 along with some of our most popular venues from 2024. As always it’s first come first serve so don’t forget to click on the reminder button below!

I also want to take this opportunity to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has attended whether that’s as a member of the public or a supplier. Without I wouldn’t be here.

If you’re struggling with what to do this Sunday for Father’s Day and also want to have a look around a stunning wedding venue then get your tickets for this Sundays fayre!

will be having their delicious carvery available prepared by the same chefs who will be in charge of your wedding breakfast! This is a perfect opportunity to sample their amazing skills. Tables must be reserved online via the hotel - so don’t miss out.

💚New Hotel for 2025💚

So thrilled & honoured to announce that we will be partnering up with the prestigious Hotel du Vin Wi******er in 2025 to host their wedding fayres!

If you’ve not been to a this hotel before I highly recommend that if you’ve got a special occasion to celebrate, this is the place to go. Steeped in character with the most delicious food served & bedrooms which are done to such a high standard you won’t regret it.

So if you’re getting married in Wi******er and looking for an intimate venue for a meal afterwards or even for a bigger space (they can help as they can turn the festoon lit garden into a marquee area) then come to our 2024 Wi******er wedding fayre held at the Guildhall Wi******er where the events team will be able to chat to you about your plans.

Also fun fact, they have packages where the a three course meal with wine 🍷 start at £45pp! 😱

A wonderful wedding fayre today at @theconcorde.club! We met with so many amazing couples today & I love hearing all about your plans plus we’re starting to see some of the same couples coming to all our fayres as they want see the gorgeous venues that we choose.
