I've been privileged to hold wedding ceremonies, all unique, all beautiful. I enjoy all parts to a wedding, from the the first meeting to holding the wedding ceremony! And everything in between. I enjoy listening to the couples vision of their day, together we make it a reality I❤️ #
Holding a naming ceremony is a delight. Family is a blessing. We forget the importance of our names, chosen with care by our parents. Maybe your name has a family tradition or a meaning your mum loved. I held a naming recently just as I'd done for her sister 16 months before. This time we included the blessing of the placentas.

It is a privilege to hold a funeral service. Recently a family included their loved ones dog, he checked out all the mourners, finally settled on a knee, It was an honour to read a sweet poem for the goodest boy🐕🐶🦮🐕🦺🐩❤️
Surrounded by her favourite flowers, a family said Goodbye. As a funeral celebrant to guide families as they farewell a loved one is a privilege I hold with immense respect.

Yesterday I had the privilege of holding a funeral service for a beautiful soul, a vibrant lady I've known nearly all my life💞Her family reflects the love she surrounded them with. May they walk softly in griefs journey holding her close in their heart❤️
This is what grief is.
A hole ripped through the very fabric of your being.
The hole eventually heals along the jagged edges that remain. It may even shrink in size.
But that hole will always be there.
A piece of you always missing.
For where there is deep grief, there was great love.
Don’t be ashamed of your grief.
Don’t judge it.
Don’t suppress it.
Don’t rush it.
Rather, acknowledge it.
Lean into it.
Listen to it.
Feel it.
Sit with it.
Sit with the pain. And remember the love.
This is where the healing will begin.

Blessing, readings, poems, even words from a favourite song, are a beautiful inclusion in a ceremony. They can be read by the celebrant, family members, friends, if its a wedding ceremony then couples may do the reading or a parent during a naming ceremony, . Sometimes the words bring tears, laughter, beautiful memories or the beginning of new ones.
