We've noticed that a lot of customers think that Amazon is a store and when they purchase they think it's Amazon who sell the item. It's not.
Just like Etsy or eBay - Amazon is a marketplace full of small businesses just like us.
So with the run up to Christmas and all the Royal Mail strikes we just wanted to remind everyone to be kind 💞

⭐ Remember to read the item descriptions and check delivery times especially when ordering custom gifts 🚚
⭐ Don't request refunds for late deliveries when you still want the item - it's not Amazon that give you the money back it comes from that small sellers pocket 💰
⭐ Don't send rude emails demanding that someone get back to you IMMEDIATELY- We've got families too 👶
⭐ Don't shout if your item is delayed a day or 2 - if you can see its been shipped on time it's not the sellers fault and I'm sure they're just as upset as you 🥹
