Attention everyone!!! Some safety issues have come about in the derby world with driver’s door being hit more frequently. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT OUR EVENT! We as promoters have decided to help with driver safety as much as possible! With that being said everyone can have 1/8in thick plate inside/outside on driver’s door welded solid with 1inch overlap on finder, rocker, and rear door/quarter panel, or concrete. If your car is white, please paint a different color! It is mandatory all driver doors must be painted white! This will help the officials with looking for driver's doors being hit and for the drivers to be able to see a driver's door easily!! This is for drivers and officials so please don’t hit anything white.
