Prioritizing what matters most is one of the biggest challenges when when it comes to planning a wedding or event because no matter the budget, you have to make choices. Before you start speaking to prospective vendors, figure out what's most important to you as a couple and make sure you are properly communicating this to the vendors you speak with. The more you are able to articulate what you would like to have versus what you need to have, the more your vendors will be able to work with you and match your vision to your budget. It all comes down to aligning your vision with your budget and then prioritizing within these confines.

One of our favorite spots on the farm is the swing down by the pond, just to the left of the ceremony lawn. It's dainty flowers are so lovely in the springtime.

In order to communicate seating assignments to guests, couples can either create es**rt cards, indicating which table each guest has been assigned to, or they can have the assignments in list form and on display for all guests to see.

Being that Historic Red Farm is a fully outdoor venue, a seating chart display is our favorite - you don't have to worry about a slight breeze blowing the es**rt cards off the table. And we are partial to this display... "Mooooove to your seats" pretty please. 🐂

We love the pop of color on this table. The marigold napkins were a stark contrast to the softer hues in the table linen but accentuated with the bright centerpieces. The taper candles and glass votives also pulled the peach color out of the linens. 🥰

The first of November marked the start of off season and we are pleased to announce now through March 31 all single day event rentals or weekend rentals are less! Check out our off season rates below:

Single Day Rental $2500
Weekend Rental $6500

Our single day event rentals are for 12 hours inclusive of set up and break down. This is typically 11am to 11pm with the events ending by 10pm for sound ordinance.

Our weekend rentals include a 2 night stay in the farmhouse. Check in is at 3:00pm on Friday and departure is 11:00am on Sunday.
