Drink of the day is Acai Spritzer
Benefits of Acai:

Recipe for Acai Spritzer
3 Cups Acai juice
1 Cup club soda
1/2 Cup fresh mint leaves, torn
Ice
3-4 oz rum
Sliced lemon for garnish

Happy Wine Saturday
The best glass of wine to unwind to at night is good ol red wine.

Todays drink is Mojitos but not just a regular mojito with mint. Today's natural ingredient is Papayas.

Benefits of a Papaya:
Papaya Improves Your Digestive Health
Reduces Inflammation
Papaya is an excellent source of vitamins with antioxidant

My favorite papaya mojito recipe is down below. Try it out and let me know what you think.

4 or 5 fresh mint leaves
1 cup of papaya, cubed
1.5 parts Cucumber Vodka or white rum
3 parts soda water
1/2 tsp. agave nectar
Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:
Squeeze lime wedge into glass,
muddle fruit with mint leaves and vodka or white rum
Add ice and agave nectar and top with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

After a great workout always use lemon in your water. It will give you that natural energy boost.

100 jump ropes
10 v ups
10 Superman’s
10 steps ups
10 dips
Second workout
5 rounds:
100 jump ropes
20 Russian twists (back and forth = 1)
10 lunges
Walk 20 yards
The result: look crazy

Invest in an insulated cup. Not only does it hold ice a lot longer. Earth day just passed and we should try to help with waste. Reusable cups are a way we can save our earth.

One of my favorite wines that I love to pair with a grilled steak and grilled jalapeños. Always try to let your reds breathe about 1/2 to an hour before enjoying them. This one i always give it about 45 minutes.
