ASEAN STARS VIDEO PRODUCTION RULES & GUIDELINES

How to ioin?
Participants must register online https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfPX_ri_sl_x0xEKdq-jX4DEvCWeXXjVdvJUHDSmCTPuJ_qBQ/viewform?usp=send_form and receive a confirmation code from the organizers via text or Online registration is required for each participating school, and the confirmation code should be clearly visible on each entry.

1. Eligibility
The contest is open to all college students for the academic year 2022-2023. There must be five (5) students from each particinating school. There must only be one team in each particinating school. Each team can only submit one entry

2. Theme
The theme of the video is "ASEAN Education Tourism". The video is intended to highlight
about the college/university and on the courses/services they offer and how they can help in learning or studying new things, acguiring new knowledge about culture or history of other destinations, study tours, or to apply the learned skills. The video also aims to give the best education to students learning and to enhance knowledge. It must also provide details about the city/province/region where the college/university is located.

3. Format
One (1) original audiovisual presentation/video. Video resolution needs to be HDTV resolution, 1080p (1920x1080 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio). Videos can be in any dialect used in the ASEAN region. Videos must have English subtitles. Video should be between three (3) minutes to five (5) minutes in length. Videos that are not within the required length mentioned will have a penalty of one point per ten seconds deducted from the overall score for exceeding the video length limit. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification.

4. Submission
Each entry must submit the Contest Entry Form and Consent Form. Submit the forms in our email at: [email protected] by on or before 23rd of December at 11:59 PM GMT+8.

6.Evaluation Criteria
Accuracy of information - (20 points)
Ensure that the information is accurate and without any mistakes. The pieces of information are correct, even in small details.
