I was fortunate to visit Harvest by Hillwood in Dallas last weekend. This Agrihood is one I have wanted to see the moment I heard President Fred Balda speak about it at a ULI Summit in San Antonio.

I was impressed with the detail in their spaces. They have great event spaces, large open fields, and indoor event space to host large gatherings, smaller more intimate spaces such as The Back Porch, which includes a pizza oven, Green Egg, BBQ, Fireplaces, TVs, Resident Garden Beds, CSA, Fitness room, club size rooms and many other indoor/outdoor spaces. They also have an adorable coffee shop in an old Victorian home.

Every place that was available and open for residents' use was activated. Hats off to Hillwood for a thoughtfully planned community.
