Had a client wanting to try some plant based options this week! I did the Chickpea salad, Sunny Days Salad (no chicken), Veggie and Red Potato Hash, Plant Based Beef Alternative Stuffed Bell Pepper with mushroom herbed brown rice and Cajun Seasoned Plant Based Sausage Spaghetti Squash Boats.

This will be the last week I will be providing meals at Healthy Body Bakery.
I am moving to a new kitchen in Nashville and the bakery has some exciting changes coming for the space I currently use there.
I will continue taking orders and offering delivery for my clients.
I will also be relaunching my salsa brand and also expanding my baked goods line to sell in stores. Some exciting things to come! I appreciate all of you for your continued support and look forward to the months and years ahead. ❤️

New menu beginning July 11th.
Unfortunately, due to the rising food costs, I had to increase base meal prices to $9 a meal. I tried to make it as minimal as possible for my clients. On the last page of the menu are my delivery days, times and minimal delivery fees, also due to the rise in fuel prices.
I appreciate the support I have received and look forward to providing high quality meals to each of you. ❤️
