"From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all of you for the outpouring of love and Aloha with the passing of my great grandmother. We are blessed to have every single one of you in our lives.

Our Northern Nevada 'ohana is working on setting up a fundraiser on Sunday Sept.22 at Aloha Shack Restaurant. Braddah Kawai with Cane Fire Solid Kine Double Barrel Smokah LLC will be cooking up some of our his grindz to do a plate sale. Come on down🤙🏽

Sistah NayNay and Braddah Ray-Ray RastaSoul will be setting up a boutique of their custom made clothing and items for sale.

We are looking for donations to do maybe a silent auction or raffle as well.

This will be a CASH Preferred event. All proceeds will be going towards travel and lodging for the family to attend our Great grandmother's final services.

I was asked to be part of a team to help and cook for the Humble Harvest dinner series with Urban Roots. What a great farm to table experience and a great organization to support. Last night was our third and final dinner of the year! I had the opportunity to work side by side with some of my students and some amazing people. The Urban Roots staff, volunteers, Chris Cowell, Maya Rae and Kevin Futamachi. I can’t wait to see what next !🤙🏽💙

I will be at Nothing To it Culinary Center tonight! With this being Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, I will be teaching a ISLAND PACIFIC CUISINE CLASS 🤙🏽 Menu is Tropical Coconut Shrimp with Mango-Orange Marmalade, Crab Cakes with Panko and Passion fruit – Dijon Cream sauce, and Hawaiian-Style Kalbi (Grilled Korean Short Ribs) served with Furikake Rice🤙🏽
