❓HOW DID YOU MEET SEAN?⁠
Our families introduced us!I never imagined I’d meet the love of my life through a set up. Initially I was nervous but they were right on the money! He was perfect for me and I knew from the moment we met.

❓HOW DID HE PROPOSE?⁠
He proposed in Solvang on a beautiful summer wine tasting day. We had a whole day planned but he popped the question within minutes of us arriving at our first tasting - he said he couldn’t wait another second!⁠

❓WHAT WERE YOUR FITNESS GOALS FOR YOUR BIG DAY?⁠
We had a short engagement and I found my dress right away, so my wedding goals were specific to my dress which was strapless and sweetheart shaped. I wanted to look delicate and feminine through my arms and chest. And be bikini-ready for honeymoon!⁠

❓HOW DID THE BOSS BRIDE PROGRAM HELP YOU?⁠
I did a tailored BB program and the workouts left me feeling like I was working exactly towards my goals. I knew I was making progress because after about a month of being on the program I noticed that everything I tried on or went to wear, felt good on me. I loved feeling GOOD in all my shower outfits instead of frustrated! I felt just like a bride should feel - proud of the hard work and enjoying the results.⁠

❓HOW WAS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER THINGS YOU TRIED?⁠
I have always been regular with my workout and activity but knew I needed to kick into high gear to reach my goals in a short time. The Boss Bride workouts changed my body so quick and was the best way to let out wedding planning stress. Learning how to portion correctly with the perfect plate helped me get my eating in check without being complicated!⁠

❓ADVICE FOR COVID BRIDES?⁠
Roll with the punches! Changing plans and moving our wedding up at the last minute were NOT ideal but focusing on yourself - your body, workouts, eating- will help you soak in the moment being a bride and remember that it's just about your love in the end anyways!⁠

HOW THE BOSS BRIDE PROGRAM WAS ADAPTED FROM FITNESS COMPETING (BUT WHY IT'S BETTER!)

Why does the Boss Bride Program get such good results?
How is it different from other programs?

In case you don’t know me, I’m Steph. I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years and was a fitness competitor and then coach for four of those years. The Boss Bride Program was built based on what I’ve seen REALLY work for clients over the years.

When I competed, the diet was as strict as they come - chicken, rice, asparagus, repeat - and while it got insane results, it was MISERABLE and not sustainable. I knew that diet wouldn’t work long-term for anyone, but I wanted to take the PRINCIPLES of it and turn it into a program that could accomplish both get great results and be turned into a sustainable lifestyle.

Here’s how the Boss Bride Program takes the principles of a fitness competitor and turns them into a lifestyle:

Fitness Competitors: exact foods to eat for each meal
Boss Bride: exact macronutrients to hit with options for specific food for each meal

Fitness Competitors: must cycle through “bulking”/“cutting” stages to build muscle and then shed fat with extreme dieting
Boss Bride: diet is less extreme to support building muscle and burning fat and adjusted based on workout phases

Fitness Competitors: drink a gallon of water/day
Boss Bride: start with drinking 1/2 their weight in ounces and then increase as the program progresses
