Word up folks! I hope you're all safe and happy!

I may have appeared to have fallen off the face of the planet, and with everything going on, sometimes I wish I had

Just an small update of whats been happening, despite covid, a few things have happened for me this last year, I graduated with a First Class degree in Hospitality and Events Management from Lancaster University and I've moved home (with an upgrade).

I had all the best intentions of kickstarting my hats again for 2021's festival season, however this year seems a none starter again but we are still here for orders!

Please do remember that we're here and look out for our 'f*ck you covid competition', more details once this is all over!

So chin up, go get vaccinated and remember it will end!

When I was approached to make a gift for a bride and groom, I had no idea this is how they would end up!

With having a colourful, medieval themed wedding, I saw only one option. 🐲
Complete with their initials, and working draw bridge (personal proud of that bit)

Having two hats to work together and compliment each other was a lot of fun to do.

Simplicity can sometimes be key.

Absolutely in love with contrasting floral hats. Perfect for any event if you want to make a statement!

I can do any colours, any amount of flowers and also add lights for that extra bit of charm.

It's National Hat Day!

As it's National Hat Day (yes it's a thing) I thought I'd share my first ever top hat, it was purchased at Boomtown 2016. Although it was heavy customised at Boomtown, it really got going at Flicks Festival party a few weeks after.

Since then it's had additions come and go, unicorns, measuring tapes, lights, flowers... the list goes on.

Many people, friends and randomers, have added their touch to it and I like to think of it as a continuous working project.

Merry Christmas!
After making and delivering many hats over the last week or so, and knowing people will be opening one of my creations as a present this morning. I truly feel like one of the elves!

Thank you everyone for the massive support over the last 2 months it's been crazy. I didn't think I'd get many orders, and having to put a 4 week wait on is overwhelming!

My two biggest fans!
When mum and dad asked for matching Christmas hats. I knew what to do.

Unfortunately mum's lights aren't on, but they're the same as dad's when on. Complete with holly, silver poinsettia flowers and a festive red leaf.

Thank you for all your support, not only from these two but from everyone! Never could have imagined how much love and how many orders I've had since officially opening.

Sometimes simplicity is key!
Smashed out this "little brother" version of my own top hat for Fizzy Gillespie few weeks back.
Mr G spotted my top hat, and wanted autumnal colours, with flowers but as a bowler hat instead. He gave me free reign and here he is wearing it at one of his banging Swing & Bass events at the wonderful Hootanany, Brixton in London town!!

Thank you for letting me experiment and I hope you enjoy the hat for many wonderful events to come. Apologies I couldn't make this one, but I'm sure I'll see you over the festive period somewhere!

BOOM! This one was a challenge!
Made for Happy Days, the nursery inside Ansdell primary school! Michelle wanted a story telling hat, something with life, magic and fun.

With the bookworm that's nibbled his way through the hat, a functional fairy door with room inside for a character to take up residence.
Removable brown envelopes so the children can leave messages in and return them and be part of the hat.
And not forgetting a huge bow at the back for extra depth and fluidity!
Hope you and the kids enjoy it as must as I have making it!
