Helloooo 👋🏻 it’s me, Grace, your friendly platter maker here. Well that was a long break wasn’t it? But after checking my Board & Table email last night and seeing that it had somehow EXPLODED, I figured it was time to check back in.

So, here are some updates! Because I run two businesses, SEO + cheese, I’ve had to mostly concentrate on just one for a while. Raising two babies at the same time is hard! SEO is still going to be my main source of money and where most of my time will go, but I’ve missed working with cheese.

With that said, I’ve decided to mostly concentrate my time with cheese on larger orders, like grazing tables, and retire the boxes for now. I love doing boxes and maybe for certain holidays I’ll bring them back! But one-off box orders are just too hard to make work logistically and margin-wise given my location and where most of my orders come from. So for now, I’ll be shifting focus to grazing tables (similar to the one above, but larger!), to let myself play a little more creatively and also just make it work a bit better for the amount of time that cheese takes.

So that is the update! Now time to respond to more emails, which if you’re waiting to hear from me, you’ll have an email from me super soon. Ttfn! 🧀

A few weeks ago, I got the super cool opportunity to be a part of a spooky shoot! It pushed me to play around with different, more fall-like colors and truly the sneak peak photos could NOT be cooler. I’ll post ‘em when I have ‘em. HAPPY SPOOKY SEASON YALL 🎃

OBSESSED with these pictures of my board last weekend by !

I was so happy and excited to be a part of my first wedding styled shoot last weekend and participate in so much beauty they put together. The cheese platter fit in so perfectly with their final set up and it’s so cool to see one of my boards in a wedding setting. So brides and grooms, how about a super decadent cheese platter as one of your centerpieces hmmm? 😊😍

I was so busy running around yesterday that I 100% forgot to take a picture of all the quarantine boxes I made for some sweet people in town. Luckily my bff ordered one so I got to take a pic of hers. It’s like a little garden!

I was experimenting with some things with this box and did it turn out exactly the way I hoped? Nope but we’ll try again for what I’m looking for next week.

I still have some boxes available for next Friday’s delivery so get in touch if you’d like one!

EXCITING UPDATE EVERYONE!! Quarantine cheese boxes are here! I’ve been toying with this idea for about a month now, and I’m excited to finally bring it to my local community. It was met with so much excitement when I asked around about it, which makes me even more excited that it’s finally HERE!

Okay so here are the details:
-15 boxes will available per week and can be purchased on my site. I hope to expand this number soon, but want to make sure I can still do my other job!
-Boxes will be delivered or available for pickup on Fridays, starting next week
-Delivery for this box will be contact-less
-Delivery for the Front Royal area is FREE. If you are outside FR, please get in touch to discuss pickup or delivery.

Now that we’ve gotten the logistics out of the way, TIME TO ORDER YOUR BOX AND MAKE QUARANTINE A LITTLE BRIGHTER!

I was actually nervous to post about this tonight in the midst of everything that’s happening in our world. I talked to my boyfriend about it and he reminded me that even though so much is going on, so many of us are still working to pursue these things we love, especially small business owners, and I should be excited to share this with you.

So I’m very proud and excited (and nervous!) to tell you that the Board & Table Co website is finally live!

Hi to all you new and OG followers! I’ve seen some new faces around here so wanted to make sure I told you THANK YOU for following along! My name’s Grace and I’m the owner of Board & Table Co, a cheese nerd, and I love making cheese platters (and would love to make one for you!)
Also I have some exciting news. The Board & Table *website* will be launching so soon!! I’ve had lots of people ask for one and I’ve been meaning to do it for a while, so it’s time to stop procrastinating and officially launch it (I literally work in digital marketing so this is no bueno that I’ve waited so long).
