I want to thank EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, who let me, “Get You to the Greek”. Our 5 course food and wine pairing is only made special by those who attended. As a chef, your compliments towards our hard work at putting out, “dare I say” delicious food only inspires me to be better. “ But, I can’t do everything, each event we hire individuals who believe in our brand, believe in our work and they execute service to the highest quality. I have to thank Kelly Mckinney for “working the line” with me as we cranked out course after course. Our dish guy Mr.Clayton, for knocking out flatware and utensils and our sommelier for his details of the wines. Griffin Buckley I can’t do anything without you by my side, I love you babe. Here’s to another well received dinner event. ❤️👩🏾‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳

Greetings everyone, we are sad to announce…due to low ticket sales for our Juneteenth Celebratory dinner, we will be cancelling and refunding each individual.

Although, we were willing to serve the few who purchased tickets and show them another great experience, the restaurant we reserved for our event has bumped us from the line-up.

We can’t win them all… but at least we gave it a try. We (Chef Harrison B & Chef Griffin B.) will continue to put on themed dinner events to showcase our skills and great service you expect when spending your hard earned money.

That’s why we established GC&C. To return great food and service to the hospitality industry. Given the public a variety of different food options, because eating the same foods can get alittle mundane.

As we continue to move forward as a catering company, we expect “not every dinner” we solicit/advertise will garner the public’s response, but we will continue to give options relating to the public we want to serve.

Our beginnings are new beginnings and we’re appreciative to those who trust us to deliver on the promise of great food and excellent service.

We’re planning our next themed menu for a little country named Greece. “Come watch like a God”.
