Hey all Midland, Odessa, Stanton and Big Spring folks. If you missed out on BBQ last week, this THURSDAY OCT. 22nd is your lucky day! I will back delivering some deliciousness. Check out the menu below. Also, please spread the word to your friends and contacts that you think might want any of my BBQ. Thank you in advance!

Update: I feel I didn’t clarify in the post well enough, so here it is. Being that I want the food to be the best and freshest it can be, I only prepare for the orders I receive from you all, so that I don’t have any left over. With that being said please get your order to me as soon as possible so that I have the time to buy and prepare your food. Briskets take anywhere from 12-24 hours to prep and cook. This means I need to know by 6pm on Wednesday of how much you would like. You may either text me your order 512-638-5382, PM, or just comment below.
