This has not happened in 5 years. I sold a Bigfoot mask on Etsy on Friday. I have all the weekend orders boxed up ready to the Monday post office drop-off. Around 8 in the evening. I get a message.
"Can I cancel my order, my son wants to be Godzilla for Halloween."
I cancel the order, issue a refund and leave this message.
"Order canceled, I hope your some makes a great Godzilla, have a great Halloween."
Now I have a fully packed Bigfoot mask, ready to ship.
Just sold it, Ill change a address and have it in the mail later this morning.

Someone, in their review of my mask. Loved the Mask, but kinda shipped quickly. Still five stars.

I only sale masks I have on hand. If you order in the morning, its normally sent the same day. If its a Thurs-Fri, I ship on Monday. Saturday or Sunday, its Tues. Normally I havent been paid for the mask, to ship on Monday. Weekend deposits hit Tues. I ship them because its the right thing to do.

I had a great time vending at the Hocking Hills Bigfoot Festival this year. Met a lot of nice people, Pizza Crossing has to be some of the best pizza in Hocking county. Turtleman, Call of the Wildman, great to meet him.

Most of all, thank you Logan Ohio Police. Thanks for patrolling the area and keep visitors safe and our products safe as well.

I have dozens and dozens of masks that need eye hole drilled and dremeled out. Hour and hours of work, in the heat. Plus I still have dozens and dozens of masks to make.

Its that time of year. Lots of hard WORK!!!!!

Happens a few times a year. Someone asks If I can or will make them a mask listed as sold out. I add it to my too do list and make it. I write them and let them know its now posted for sale. Then Crickets. Someone else buys it a few weeks later. The original person write me again wondering were the mask is on Esty. I tell them its sold. They get upset because it was meant for them to buy. I remind them its an open market and anyone at anytime can purchase whatever masks I have listed.

Now I make 2 masks just in case these buyers are to slow to click the buy button. Weeks later.....
