Ok. 🚩 Mars has left his exaltation in Cap and entered Aquarius, joining Pluto.
This is kind of a cosmic joke for Valentines Day. It’s a weird, electric, jangly, confrontational, unemotional, verging on cyborg vibe.
It’s also the next big activation of this new Pluto business.
Mercury joined Pluto in Aquarius and
Tucker Carlson surprise interviewed
Vladimir Putin.

Mercury is talking, Mars is action.
Mars conjunct Pluto is famously explosive, so think cool calm thoughts, and do your best to give less f***s, as most will be giving more this week.

It’s time to move beyond “sides”.
In this Pluto in Aquarius era, your highest tasks include setting aside your preconceived biases and actually getting present and listening to what is being said or read, vs a response that comes from an allegiance to a side.
The North Node in Aries & Pluto in Aquarius are waiting for your senses to grow sharper, are waiting to hear what *you* really think after being brave and thinking outside of the box you have been living in.

The Wood Dragon year is very young and innocent and says don’t take things personally.

We are expanding, moving forward out of the dark, complex, emotional, fearful Year of the Water Rabbit. This is a year for spiritual development, it's a wild card year.
It’s time to trim the sails, to be very attentive to all moments and adjust the tension in the lines accordingly, to stay upright.
This is a fast and fun year, so don’t let go of the sail.

Dragons are digestion years, they’re for digesting the universe.
There is an indulgent, devouring quality to dragon years,
There is a Universalizing energy that comes
with this year after the Rabbit Year had us hiding in our Burroughs, and hanging out only with select groups.

The wood cracks the egg and boundaries and destinations are broken down and the open sky is the limit. Yang wood refreshes us. It’s the equivalent of Aries springtime rebirth in the western zodiac.

All planets entering Aquarius are purified and activated by the Pluto in Aquarius prism and we are reminded that we need both Head and heart, as neither side has the answer. We need our left brain & right brain for compassion and rationalism. Apollo & Dionysus, we need both sides to function as whole people, as a whole populace fumbling towards evolution.

The magical trio are still on their season break, but they could not let this special day pass without recognition. Whether celebrating Halloween, Samhain, or All Saint's Day, cultures worldwide pause to celebrate and recognize this time of honoring those gone before us.

We called on the help of some of the amazing, magical guests we have had on the show to lay their thoughts on this time of the year. The community call was resoundingly answered. We got some wise responses about how this is a time of grief, growth, and of course the importance of connecting to the honorable ancestors.

Spirit Magic may well be our favorite type of Magic. It is the whole basis of why we started this podcast. And me-oh-my, did Spirit have A LOT to say over these past few weeks. Here’s a powerful reflection from the porch about starting over 💫

We are graced this week with some deep ruminations from our dear Reverend Raven.

There is no place like home and home is wherever you are when you are a crab. That has already been a major lesson this Cancer Season. She is joining us from her new/old front porch as she re-settles her roots back into her Indiana home. Fresh off the tails of Monday's Full Moon in Capricorn, plenty of messages and lessons can be heard within her wisdom. As well as plenty to be grateful for as we pass along knowledge and passions from our ancestors to the next generations. We are grateful for her insights as no matter what, her words are always healing. Take a few minutes to sit for a spell on the front porch and connect with her.

What a magical ✨week it has been!

I had the honor of leading a guided meditation for my spiritual family during our Imbolc ritual. Other members led a 'blessing of the plough' rite where we honored our tools of the trade, making of moon water that was blessed under the light of the full moon, drummed a rhythm to honor the Disír while others raised energy with fire props to wake up the land, and prepared food over the fire 🔥. It was such a blessing to come together to envision the greatness that we are building for our futures!

On Monday, I was invited to attend a special Full Moon 🌕 ritual hosted by The Torch. Black Cat & Birch, followers of the Sylvan magical tradition that combines parts of Druidry & faery faiths, led us on a journey to find our Strength. We identified what predator within us had been holding us back, and then transformed that through the power of fire into our Strength 🦁

It is always an honor to lead ritual and spiritual exploration, but it's also quite rewarding to participate alongside the power of other practitioners. We become greater when we come together: to achieve a common goal/mission, to honor the Ancestors & spirits, and when we give gratitude 🙏for all that is around us.
