Belly dance is an ancient and empowering art that connects movement with energy flow,
sensuality, and self-expression. In this session, participants will explore fluid hip and arm
movements, grounding techniques, and energy release through dance.
This experience is designed to awaken your inner radiance, re connect you with your body. Through Kundalini yoga we will move through the breath, to activate and move through anything that is holding you back. We will create a strong powerful aura. We will then step into your creative flow with belly dancing. Truly one of the most beautiful aspects of Belly dance is embracing cultures from all over the world creating an energy of love and peace. We will learn a new way of flowing with our hands moving like willow trees in the wind. Finally we will go into deep grounding meditation. If you want a light reiki as well you can slowly put your hand on your heart or stomach and I will hover over your feet to help clear your energy in this deep relaxation.
