Just found this old student newspaper from 1978. It shows Nick top left accompanying our friend Sue in a student production we were involved in. I get a brief mention in the blurb but no pic. But look who else is featured on the same spread - the mighty Lindisfarne, John Martyn (John Martyn!!), the Rezillos, and the Undertones. 🎵😃 You couldn't make it up. 🎵 Happy days!! (Transport from Lancaster to London, £6...just sayin'. 🤷)

Lovely day at Talgarth Festival today despite the dodgy weather. Thanks to all the volunteers and the organisers, and to Dan for the sound - great job. Also, thanks to Alan and Alison for the pics and for travelling all the way from the south coast to come to see us! It was wonderful to see you and great to catch up afterwards 👍👍👍xx

Yey! Finally got back into our little recording studio today after an absence of months and months and months. So good to be back! Here we are recording our cover of Needles and Pins (The Searchers /Jackie de Shannon). We'll release this to our YouTube channel very soon and a matching guitar tutorial to go with it.🎸🎶😀

What a glorious day for music by the river/race course at the Swan Theatre Worcester ☀️😎🎶🎸👍 Thanks to Sarah and the team for looking after us, and to all the other artists appearing on the programme today. We especially loved the 'Saucy' poster 🫣 (see pic) and the exquisite little statue of Vesta Tilley. 👍🎶🎭

Thanks to Mark Richards for a fabulous open mic last night (and for the pics) at the Rose and Crown. Always a real pleasure to be a part of this and the atmosphere did feel very special last night in town. 🎶👍🎸

We're playing in the Culture Cafe Weekender in the Swan Theatre foyer, Worcester this Sunday lunchtime at 1pm, as part of a great line up of local musicians. Really looking forward to being a part of the amazing Worcester Fringe 2024 - and big thanks to Mice in a Matchbox for putting us onto this gig! :)

Today at the Burgage in Tenbury Wells, family commemorative events for D Day. Nick and I will be playing at the tea Pavilion (tennis courts) from midday. 👍😊🎶😎
