Alhamdulillah we did two big orders today. First one for 65 people, Second 100. Items were Biye Bari Chicken Roast, Pulao, Salad, Bangladeshi Style beef curry, Jarda and Chotpoti.

Alhamdulillah,
What a busy week of preparing iftar and other orders.

Yesterday we sent out iftar platter of chicken biryani, dates, salad, alu chop and shami kabab to Muslim Students in University before iftar.

We also sent out Jilapi, Piyaju, Beguni , Beef Tehari and Chicken and other iftar items to our other customers. (We will post them in our next post)

We will be off until april 6th as some of our cooks are taking off.

Alhamdulillah, with the blessing of Allah yesterday we completed a bangladeshi wedding ceremony (nikkah) for approx 110 people in Ottawa. Thanks to our amazing customer who coordinated with us.
