Your wedding day can be exciting but also overwhelming. Here are some of our favorite ways for you to stay calm and fully enjoy your special day:
1. Start the Day Slowly
• Wake up early to avoid rushing.
• Do some light stretching, yoga, or deep breathing to center yourself.
• Enjoy a calm breakfast with soothing music.
2. Delegate & Trust Your Team
• Let us as your planner, coordinator, or trusted friends handle last-minute details.
• Assign someone to manage phone calls and questions so you can focus on yourself. We like to take this responsibility off your shoulders!
3. Stay Hydrated & Eat Well
• Drink plenty of water to stay energized.
• Have light, nutritious snacks (fruit, nuts, smoothies) to avoid a sugar crash.
4. Take a Few Solo Moments
• Step away from the crowd for five minutes of alone time to breathe and soak in the moment.
• Write in a journal or read a personal note to remind yourself of what truly matters.
5. Surround Yourself with Positive Energy

• Keep only supportive, relaxing people around you.
6. Use Aromatherapy or a Signature Scent
