Made mushroom soup, shallow fried Crab cakes from Albertson, and Fried Saina(Lentil stuffed Taro leaves prepped & steamed by my mum. No one makes Saina like my mum. ❤️🧿🤲

You should never stop learn
Here's me trying some new and something I love to eat but have never made.
Guava pickle that I saw on Youtube. I didnt know you can makes pickles out of guava.
Freshly picked Guava's and Lemon this morning. Washed, Cut and Mixed with garlic salt. Dried for a day in the nice california sun

Due to health reason, I am taking a break until further notice.....Nothing serious.
Just some pain issues in my right hand and at this time I have decided to really focus on getting better. Test are being done, looking at PT options. 3 years ago I was diagnosed to Carpel Tunnel and I had 20 weeks of PT.

Lately It has been very tough for me.
My family - Hubby, Shahana and Farhaan all have been taking of the house and me. I have to get better for me and my family. It made me realise when I became very DEPENDANT on the smallest like opening a jar, doing dishes, cutting, sweeping, vacume that this is serious.

So here's to me putting my focus in getting better, God Willing, I will be back to my cooking soon🤲❤️💔🙏InshaAllah
