Let’s talk…

H U M B O L D T F O G 🤤

Got to pick this block up for a special board I’m curating for a doctors office tomorrow. But back to the cheese.. isn’t that strip of vegetable ash gorgeous?! Some people mistake that line in the cheese for blue cheese, but it’s quite the opposite. Humboldt Fog made by is a dreamy creamy soft ripened cheese that got its name by the local ocean fog that rolls in off Humboldt Bay!

Oh, more cheese you say?! Manchego, aged 6 months, even better! Who LOVES cheese?!

Did you know?! Charcuterie doesn’t have to be just meat and cheese with a little bit of dried fruits and nuts?! This board cultivated the inner European in me. We added sliced Foie Gras and caramelized onions to compliment a particular noteworthy and super tasty blue cheese! 🧀 🍷🍫
