Event planning is about so much more than products. I am eternally grateful for the vendors that I’ve met after launching my business. Vendors are what make event planning possible.

I noticed our page has some new followers 💕 so I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself:
My name is Silvana - I am the face behind Once Upon a Party SM, LLC.
We specialize in special and luxury event planning and coordination.
I am Peruvian, Italian and Greek…I was born in Lima, Peru and grew up in Connecticut. I moved to San Diego, California after high school where I lived for seven years and eventually found myself back in Connecticut. Me and my family settled down in the beautiful town of Simsbury.
Me and my husband, Gino, have two children, Nico (10) and Gianna (1.5) and three rescue pups (Max, Athena and Cooper).
I am a jack of all trades and have found joy in my business by incorporating all of my skills and passions into Once Upon a Party SM, LLC. I created our website and manage all social media accounts. I enjoy customizing my services to each client’s special event. I love learning about my clients and about what their special occasions signify for them.
