DO WE DELIVER? We only deliver within the Havering area. Please note we will only deliver to the main entrance door of flat buildings not directly to the recipients front door. Collection will only be from the same drop off point, the
main entrance to the flats. DO YOU OFFER A STYLING/SET UP SERVICE? Our hire items will only be delivered and collected to the customers main door
HOW LONG IS HIRE? The standard hire period is for up to 48. Longer hire periods are available, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. Delivery and collection times to be confirmed upon booking. HOW MUCH IS THE BACKDROP TO HIRE? The price for a 48 hour hire period is £35. This includes the backdrop, two cut outs, stand and balloons. HOW DO I BOOK? Please contact us via Facebook messenger where we can provide availability. No. Our hire items are on a collection/return basis by the hirer or deliver/collect to and from the venue by us. BOOKING
To confirm your hire, you will be required to pay a non refundable 25% deposit. Final payment must be received 7 days prior to your booking. If booking less than 7 days before your hire date will require full payment of £35. Failure to pay the final balance as per our terms will result in the hire being cancelled and the non refundable deposit retained. Your booking is not secured until a deposit has been received in full. WHAT HAPPENS IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN AN ACCIDENT OR PUROSELY? All bookings are subject to a damage deposit of £30. Damage deposits are refunded via the same payment method within three working days after your event, minus any charges for the following:
Unauthorised relocation
Visible damage and/or vandalism
Missing items
And/or additional hire time other than that which has been previously agreed

Cancellations within 7 days of your hire date will result in your deposit not being returned. CAN THE BACKDROP BE USED OUTSIDE

Payments can be made by BACS, PayPal or cash. PLEASE NOTE BALLOONS WILL BE DELIVERED UNINFLATED AND WILL NEED BLOWING UP BY THE CUSTOMER
