Happy New Years ❤️ What a difference light can do.

Like these candles on this beautiful table, light brings so much beauty and romance in the room. Figuratively, it also gives us direction and a focus in times of chaos and darkness.

2024 is for keeping the main thing, THE main thing. After a year of weddings and events, there’s one thing that we were constantly reminded of at the end of each night and that is how powerful love and kindness can be. As cheesy as it may sound, behind the darkness of stress and chaos that event planning can bring - love & kindness are the light that brings focus, direction and guidance in it. Without love, there is no reason to celebrate and without kindness, grace is non-existent, stress is heightened, and relationships are compromised leaving you with unpleasant experiences & memories.

This wedding was such a beautiful depiction of a night that was not just beautiful because of how lovely every detail was but where beauty screamed because love & kindness filled the room. And it was breathtaking.

Love has and always have been our focus and we hope to continue to grow in love & kindness this year.

Here’s to seeing our couples thrive not because of grand celebrations but because their love lights up their night, marking it a beautiful beginning to a wonderful marriage. Cheers to an amazing and blessed 2024 full of events grounded in love & kindness ❤️

There’s no such thing as a one man show for an event planner. We all literally cannot do what we get to do without a team. We got into wedding planning and coordination not because of all the pretty things we get to work on (although that is a huge plus 😉). It’s not even for all the party (though we sure love to have fun!) We got into it because of the meaning behind weddings and we simply truly love serving people.

Intimate or big, simple or grand, casual or formal, however way - Weddings are simply breathtaking. We melt hearing about your love stories. Those times we witness parents shed happy tears as they hand off their children. The first time the groom sees his bride. the realization of two people becoming one. It’s all so special and we simply can’t believe we get to do this. Thank you for welcoming us in to this part of your lives. What an incredible honor. ❤️

Today, We turned ONE. 🎉

Though this is not our first rodeo as event planners, this is the first year of us officially being in business and it has been the most amazing journey so far.

This year, we’ve grown and developed a team, filled our calendar with more events than we originally aimed for, and built beautiful relationships with our clients, vendor friends and colleagues in the industry. And we truly believe that it wouldn’t be possible without our God who have led us, protected us and opened doors for us to grow and develop as professionals in this industry. We are eternally grateful for our couples who have and continue to entrust their special day into our care. We are immensely thankful for our family, friends, friendors, mentors and our church family who continue to support and cheer us on. What a wonderful year it’s been - and we’re excited to say, we’re just getting started! 🎉 Pumped for what’s in store. ❤️ Thank you everyone for your love, care and support.

3 Reasons why it’s important to have your engagement photos done by your wedding photographer:

1. Your photographer’s one of the vendors you will interact with the most on your wedding day. Which means, the more you know them and the more comfortable you are with them, the better your experience will be on your wedding day. :) It's important that you get to bond with your photographer and that your photographer gets the opportunity to understand your likes, dislikes and how you interact in front of a camera. Having this as a trial (per se) will help you and your photographer truly enjoy all the photo ops experiences you’ll have on your special day. :)

2. It’s the perfect time to try out your hair and make up to see how it might turn out on your wedding day AND in your photos! So be sure to schedule your hair and make up trial for your engagement session!

3. And if you’re like us during our engagement session 🤣…this could be your first time taking romantic photos, which can be a little awkward for one or both of you. Your Engagement shoot is the perfect time to shake off those “first time” nerves from hugging & kissing in front of the camera. This will allow you to practice those poses so you know exactly what to do on your wedding day!
