Checking the mail all day, every day because we’re adding a new baby to the fam (ahem, my camera gear fam... not actually getting a little human in the mail, although that would be dope). We just bought the Mavic 2 Zoom, and I can’t contain my excitement over here. This is gonna be a Game. Changer. because it can fold up real cute & tiny and is so easy to transport! Hardest thing with our old one was taking it on vacations where it needed its own carry-on... annnddd any moms who have flown solo with a baby and car seats and strollers and 10 million bags and snacks and spare clothes and a bunch of camera gear can relate to needing to condense and pack lighter 😜

When 8 out of the blue big projects/tasks pop up at the same time and have to be completed before we leave for vacation next week... plus just normal workload/life... this is me —> 🥴. I feel like I’m running around like a chicken with my head cut off lol. But shoutout to the real OG, 🐐 for making & cleaning up dinner, taking mila out to play, taking on bath time, etc. so I could do some uninterrupted work! We love our dada!

Had our 20 week ultrasound today!! Gahh, I feel like it was my first official meeting with little man! Anddd definitely confirmed that he is a “he!” Haha. We did genetic testing at 10 weeks that tests for genetic disorders, and it also tells you gender! And being the most impatient human on the planet, we opted to find out then! Half way there!

I did a terrible job at documenting my pregnancy with Mila... like maybe 5 photos the entire time. I’ve been so sad I can’t go back and look at those memories, so now I’m trying to snap pics of my growing belly every chance I get. Feeling incredibly grateful that my clothes are all getting snug and I get to carry this little man with me everywhere I go! @ Arkansas

This morning I went to clean our Airbnb rental... I’m walking around, and wiping down the kitchen table, when suddenly I see something out of the corner of my eye.... literally right where I’m about to step down there’s a SNAKE! I dove as far away as I could to avoid stepping on him with my bare foot, and ran to go get Sam to save me (thank goodness he came home for lunch today 🙏🏻 ). Oh my goshhh, I thought my heart was going to beat right out of chest- partly because it was so surprising... I’ve never seen a snake anywhere near our house or property before, and partly because it was a snake!! if you know me, you know that I am TERRIFIED of snakes.
Now I have all of these awful questions and thoughts running around my head... How in the world did it get inside? How long was it there? Did it have babies? How soon can we sell the house???

👋🏻 heyyy! I’m back from the dead. I just took an unintentional break from insta for a while (okay “a while” is like a week and a half?? 😂), but it was so nice to simply focus on other areas of my business and spend time with my fam! Now my social media battery is recharged and I’m ready to slam ya with a million fun videos and pretty pictures! Starting with the beautiful . Anyone else just need a break from screen time every now and again??

(I want to make this a thing... we’ll see if I actually remember by next Wednesday 😜). Here’s a few 2019 Wedding trends that are super fun and I wanted to share!!
1️⃣. EARTHY ELEMENTS: Lots of rattan & woven accents, pampas grass, and more & more couples wanting an outdoor wedding!
2️⃣. CREATIVE FAVORS: couples are wanting to provide favors that guests will actually use- we’re seeing mini succulents, coffee mugs, and even late-night snacks for guests to munch on for the drive home.
3️⃣. EXPERIENCES: cuz lol. We’re seeing a rise to “wedding weekends” rather than one day events. Invites are becoming more detailed w/ welcome notes, directions, places to stay/things to do, etc. Day-of we’re seeing more activities as well... like food stations (think omelet bars, sushi stations, areas to make your own s’mores, etc.), coffee bars, photo booths, cigar bars, and games!

This is why I love weddings!! SO MUCH FUN! ❤️❤️

We celebrated our favorite gal’s 1st Birthday last week! It was a whole llama fun 🦙🌵😂! Thank you to our amazing friends who partied with us, as well as so many amazing shops who made all my cactus/llama dreams come true! @ Bentonville, Arkansas
