Have I already bigged this up? Such a healthy dish. Madagascan Coconut Chicken with Coriander Chatni for those that like flavour. Served with Tilda rice bc we only use the best ingredients. Gluten free and chicken soup for the soul ❤️❤️❤️👌🏽🦤

We had an emotional day yesterday so had to go for a pleasant dog walk to de-stress. When we got home our kids had cooked a delicious coconut chicken cari. How amazing is that? Great Dad, great cook, great kids, so blessed ❤️😊👍
