We love tradition over here at Honey Belle! What better time to incorporate your family traditions, culture, and heritage than at a wedding! I love when tradition can be paired with something like the favors that was done here! This creates a unique and memorable experience for your guests as well!
Here we have the traditional Brazilian wedding cookies "Bem Casado" as the favor! The bride's family was able to incorporate their family heritage in such a fun and delicious way!

🎶Hold me closer tiny dancerrrr.🎶 Now I am a HUGE fan of a choreographed first dance! I have a few pointers for this here on why its a good idea to learn some moves beforehand!
1. You have all your guests watching you do your first dance anyways?! How fun to give them an awesome memory with that!
2. It is super fun for both you and your guests! You can even make it a surprise and blow everyone away!
3. My favorite part is the practice sessions! It makes for a fun date night with your fiancee! I mean how cool is it to get to spend a couple sessions together doing something totally different and unique!
Though I do come form a dancer background, I believe that you dont have to have any dance experience to have a choreographed dance at your wedding! I have had a couple of my couple, including myself, and Brittany and Ben here go to an amazing local vendor here in Charlotte! Shoutout to my friend Alex from First Dance Charlotte You guys, she is the best! and like I said you dont have to have any experience! Also, if you're not local or want to social distance, guess what, she is offering online courses as well! For sure check her out!

Pick number #3 my lord! A little Shrek reference for ya there...Notice one of our newest table number designs! It is so much fun when you can think outside the box for table numbers! These little details are what can truly tie your theme and event together! Here we used various pottery pieces to create a interesting and rustic/modern combination. Also, check out out the sleek and modern menu and place card combo! What is your style? More traditional and classic? or do you like the modern rustic trend?

Something people may not know about me is that I come from a floral background. Every once in a while, like at Zoey's wedding here, I get a special request to do floral again and it just brings me back to where I started and all the friends I have made along the way! (Shoutout to ❤️❤️❤️) Though 2020 hasnt been the year everyone has expected..I think we should be thankful for this restart button and time of reflection. Instead of being anxious about getting back to normal lets look forward to the upcoming changes in our new normal! ❤️

One of my favorite things is getting to design invitation suites! This one is particularly memorable because I got to try out a completely different style than what I usually get requests for! Erica and Carson's wedding was vintage 1920's peaky blinders speak easy theme in St. Augustine, FL! I got to actually hand draw the old style map and create a font that was unique to the time period and looked more like a charcoal drawing. Also pocket fold invites I am just obsessed with! 😍 I am looking to create some more fun themed invitation suites! So I want to ask you, what unique theme do you think I should do next or would you like to see more of?! I cant wait to hear your response!

Happy 4th of July everyone! Warning...sorry for the long post... I hope you all are having a very amazing and safe 4th! Though I know the sate of the U.S. isn't in the best shape this crazy 2020 year. I choose to be optimistic about the future. America is strong, it was built by a bunch of brave immigrants who left their homes to face the unknown for the hope of a better and different life where they had the opportunity for profit, land, adventure, religious, and political freedom. The Founding Fathers of America, the architects of the Declaration of Independence, fought for "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". On July 4th, 1776 they had won a great battle and pronounced the Declaration of Independence so that all men would be free. It is important to remember and honor these brave men. The only issue was, and still is that there is hypocrisy in this too. This is because there is a very specific group of people that where the backbone of America that weren't free. Slavery wasn't completely abolished for OVER 100 years after Independence Day. And the African Americans preceding their ancestors have been fighting their own war of independence and equality ever since...157 years later and it is still an issue! My point, again, is America is strong. We clearly have the power to do anything we set our minds too. Let us all work together TODAY to create an America that really is the Land of the Free and the home of the brave and a better true Independence for all.

I can't believe it is July 1st Y'all! Where has this year gone?! It is hot hot hot and I am dreaming of the beach and to some summer sweets!🏝️🌺😎 This cake is giving me all the summer tropical feels and totally makes me think of Florida and all the fun times in the sun! I can't wait till travel picks back up! I have always wanted to visit Hawaii! Maybe that will be the first place we go! Where do you want to go once quarantine is over?! Somewhere tropical or somewhere with mountains?

Check out our magical dangling candle rental piece! did an amazing job with the florals!! It complemented our rental piece perfectly! Brittany and Ben wanted to have an illusion of something hanging from the ceiling so this is the showstopper design we came up with!

Here at Honey Belle events we take pride in creating elements that are unique and tell the story of each and every couple who walks through our door! This original hand lettered and hand gold leaf skyline was a minor part of Brittany and Bens Charlotte themed wedding! Charlotte is where Ben and Brittany met, fell in love, and got married. We thought it would be fun to incorporate the names of the Charlotte neighborhoods as the table number names. Creating a unique element for the guests that tells their story! What’s your story?! How can we bring that to light?!

Check out our one of a kind Spanish tile table number rentals! Hand painted by yours truly😘 This was soooo much fun to make! Give us an inch of inspiration and we’ll take it mile! Details! Details! Details! The littlest things can make such a difference at your celebration! These are the things that tie everything together in a pretty finished bow. How magical is this beautiful ?! This wedding was an absolute blast to work on! Mallory and Jessie’s was so unique and special!
We used a combination or woods and mixed metals and geometric shapes! I love making the designs symbolic to the couple and their relationship and life! Nascar being a big part of their life and the venue being an old firestone factory we decided to run with the industrial feel from handmade table numbers to metal place cards...this wedding was filled with unique and special elements!
With our design package we include a whole vision board where we collaborate to come up with one of a kind styles and sketches so you get a full vision of what your day will look like! The best thing is getting to see these visions come to fruition and seeing the reactions of my couples and their guests! What is your vision for your wedding or special event?! Here’s a throwback from a wedding I designed in October! Every once in a while we get the chance to do floral and in this case it was so much fun playing with the different colors and textures! I also got to have some fun dusting off my macrame skills and creating this gorgeous backdrop! One of my favorite things to do is to create unique decor items that will make one of a kind experiences for my couples and their guests! Nothing says tis the season like a #goldfoil holiday card! This photo is from my wedding last January and seeing it on a holiday card has got me feeling some kind of way! As I sit here on the snowy day all cozied up, I think back to how wonderful this past year has been! I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing people who support me so that I can follow my true passion!
