Access Denied... (5 star puns ONLY)

So this page is quite new, in fact it's not even a month old yet. But due to some recent events it looks like I've got make a play out of the Rap God bible and rebrand. I wasn't planning on doing that until somewhere between my 2nd or 3rd private jet, but here we are already...

The day after I launched this page I was contacted by someone who had seen one of my posts saying that he'd been using the name Access for nearly 20 years and asked if I would be OK with changing my name.

My first thought was to push back on it, as there were literally no socials for this OG Access and I'd been using the name for a while too. But we got talking and the guy is a true soldier for the scene and has been running what must be one of the longest standing events in the UK (Bassix in Cheltenham) which has been going since 2004-ish.

To take that legacy and mess with it just because I beat him to the socials didn't seem right, so I agreed to rebrand and in return it looks like I'll be spinning b2b with the original Access at a Bassix night in the near future, which will be ace.

We both agreed that it was good to see something that could have ended sour turn out for the better, and it just goes to show that there are a lot more good people than bad in this scene!

So with all that said, eyes peeled for the rebrand which is coming this week along with a free mix to download 👀
