Nice to look back at these dancefloor scenes from last month. 🥰 Apart from returning to a regular meditation and journaling practice, I’m looking forward to making a commitment to doing more radio in 2025! One of my standout moments from this year was playing b2b with for .mnl . I first met Carlos in 2022 and It’s surprising to know that we hadn’t played together sooner. Our 3.5 hrs behind the booth traversed the feeling of time—as we layered tools, textures and moods on top of one another. It was a moving experience to see how our friendship translates through music. I’m already looking forward to the next. Thank you, Carlos!

barely survived the double retrograde and what felt like the height of my saturn return—by far. 😆 between loosing my archive of digital music and an assortment of work-related setbacks, i’m so happy to look back at what ended up being a very cute year-ender with my family! 🤍✨ apart from the usual suspects in these long captions, i’d like to give a special shout to and —who went above and beyond to make the event as meaningful as possible. 🙇🙇🙇 thank you for all the moments throughout the visit and that very sweet closing tune!

Red-i, an artist and Soundsystem based in Manila, has been a key figure of the international dub and bass music scene since 2008. Known for his pioneering work in the Sound System culture and heavyweight bass music, Red-i has played an instrumental role in establishing Dub System culture in the Philippines.

His unique sound blends UK Dub and roots influences with futuristic, meditative vibrations, bridging analog warmth with digital precision.

Red-i’s music is a reflection of his deep roots in UK Dub, combined with his work operating custom sound systems. His blend of traditional roots and futuristic tones has earned him a global following in the bass music and Sound System communities.

Red-i is also well regarded for his legendary event, Irie Sunday. Hosted across the Philippines, the event features his custom-built Red-i Soundsystem and preamp, offering a distinct sonic experience.

Over the last two years of knowing Sherwin, he’s constantly referred to Eric as his favorite producer and a true elevator of their craft.
