There's so much more to running a business then just the face! There's marketing, strategizing, financing, NETWORKING, product and production, location, licensing and legal fees, and that's just the beginning! 😮 😅!
Then when you get past starting the business, you gotta run it!! You know they say if it was easy, everybody would do it🤦🏽♀️,
but trust,this is not a complaint statement!
This is about growth and understanding along the way! One thing I'm learning as I grow is business trust!--Being able to trust and delegate professionally to my team with proper communication, being able to trust that systems flow smoothly with or without my presence! Most important, trusting the deals brokered from networking! And while I'm very introverted and not the best in social skills, I tend to unveil when conversing about HIKI!
While I learn best from the countless wasted expenses and bad business experiences, i gain better systems and routines! And by consistently following up and trusting faith in god, I'm remaining resilient and humbly applying pressure!!
Everydays not easy, aside from the billion other hats worn outside of business,
