Today marks the day three years ago when I first started selling plates. Who knew one Cajun pasta dish would kick off the start of a whole business and take me into rooms that I had previously only dreamed of being in. The growth I've made in the last three years still humbles me as this gift, my skills and talent are something I took a leap of faith into.
First and foremost, I thank God, my family and friends, I wouldn't be here without you all. I can't thank the people who have supported me up to this point enough. To those who have shown love from the beginning, I appreciate you so much and I promise to keep it going. I'm just getting started and have a whole lot more to show y'all!
