New smoker...who dis?! We upgraded to a bigger smoker to allow us to accommodate bigger orders. Big or small, we can do them all.

We broke it in with beef ribs, pork spare ribs, and pork belly burnt ends. Have a great week, but make it even better with some barbecue!

It's a great weekend for some barbecue! Kick off NFL Week 1 with some brisket, ribs, Texas Twinkies, and some sides that are all made from scratch.

We are also taking orders for individual meals through Monday to be picked up on Wednesday.

Beginning August 15th, we will offer individual meals for purchase. Orders will be ready for pickup every other Wednesday (Tuesday the first time because I'm working an overtime shift on the 16th). Order as many or as few as you'd like.

Not that there was any doubt, but now y'all know we're a legitimate veteran-owned business.

For those not familiar with the process, this logo requires a business to prove that they're 100% veteran-owned, and that veteran ended their service with an honorable discharge. Once all documentation has been provided and verified, the issues this logo to the business as proof of their veteran-owned status.
