With two feet stomping to the dark beats of 90s industrial and EBM and the other two feet joyously dancing in rave and festival culture, SKZM is a rising force in the midtempo bass scene throughout 2024.

Since the release of two midtempo bass singles in early 2024, SKZM has been in the studio working on a number of follow up releases and collaborations. Their infusion of trace elements of psytrance and modern metal guitar riffs into the genre create a unique dystopian cyberpunk sound.

SKZM’s unconventional live shows are a mix of technology, the supernatural, and live instrumentation; breaking the mold and defying the routine of typical DJ sets.

A lot has happened with SKZM in the last year. We’re not rocking the main stage at EDC quite yet, but we’re definitely slowly building up some momentum.

Almost exactly one year ago we closed out the basement at Vibe Raiders Orange Hall-o-ween party for the debut SKZM DJ set. Since then we’ve dropped a couple of singles¹ and played a few amazing parties and festivals; debuting a live guitar element to our sets at Freezer Burn back in June.

The next year is already shaping up to be incredible. We’ve got a few collaborations and singles already cooking, and at least two live shows in the works.
