Spanish Tapas Cookery Lesson
Thursday 9th January, Tuesday 4th February and Tuesday 4th March at My Casa just outside Frigiliana on the main Nerja to Frigiliana bus route book now this will fill up fast.
Starting at 11am approx. 2-2 ½ hours Cooking
Lunch will be served at 1.30pm and last until around 3.30pm (however no restiction on time)
The class will start with everyone in groups of 2, each group will be tasked with 1 or 2 recipes to complete. Everyone has the opportunity to watch and see the explanation of each recipe by way of instruction from the Chef and carrying out tasks to help prepare ensuring everyone is involved.
Once the tapas are all made the Chef will make the final touches whilst the group sit at the table for some Sangria and the Chef will serve your tapas which will be accompanied by local wine, bread, aioli, olive oil, local cheese and meats and Gazpacho shots which the Chef will have already prepared.

Russian Potato Salad
Prawn Pil Pil
Ham Croquettes
Fried Padron Peppers
Stuffed Piquillo Peppers
Chicken Skewers (Pinchitos Morunos)
Pork Meatballs in Tomato Sauce (Albondigas)
Poor Mans Potatoes with Quaills Eggs
Fried Blackpudding with Pickled Onions (Morcilla)
Sangria
The cost for the class including ingredients and the lunch accompaniments will be €55 per person
