My estimated budget for catering was based on 66 Adults and 4 Children, which includes a three course meal (the desert was our wedding cake which is charged at £6 per person, but deserts are available at an average of £10.95) also includes wine at the tables and reception drinks for each guest. If you do not meet the minimum amount of guests required (70 adults for the ceromony) then you will be charged £35 for each missing person.
You will also need to book a registrar for this venue (book the 2.30-4.30 slot)
The venue has its own PA system with speakers, includes a master of ceremonies, tables and chairs, a terrace with a beautiful view and a star lit ceiling.
You are allowed up to 200 guests for the evening.
You will be required to meet with the main manager as soon as possible to discuss catering (includes tasting menu) and any other arrangements for the day."

Vista West Ranch is an absolutely stunning venue and the owners are wonderful! We're sad to sell our chance to be married here but we're also in the process of trying to get a house and needed to make that our priority. You would have an option of indoor or outdoor ceremony on Friday September 20th, 2019 (date is non-negotiable). The total value of what's already been paid (including the 3 on-site lodging areas which sleep 34 with bride and groom's honeymoon cottage) is $11,250.00. We're asking for $9,000.00 which is a $2,250.00 discount! We feel that this price is more than fair considering everything included but we're open to minor negotiations of price... Here's whats included:

On site lodging: The Bunkhouse (sleeps 18), Tree House (sleeps 14), and Honeymoon Cottage (sleeps 2, the bride & groom)
(This is an additional $1,500.00 value that's already been paid - it's included in our $9,000.00 asking price).
-On-site day-of event coordinator.
-Full in-house DJ package.
-2 TABC certified + insured bartenders.
-150 fruit wood folding chairs.
-Choice of khaki or ivory table linens.
-15 60' round tables.
-4 cocktail tables.
-3 6' rectangular tables. 3 8' rectangular tables.
-Exquisite bridal suite + spacious grooms quarters.
-1 hour rehearsal time + 1 hour access for bridal/engagement photography session.

-Keg taps at indoor reception bar + in the biergarten.
-Walk-in cooler for kegs + alcohol.
