The first ride to use the term `Ghost Train’ was at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in 1930 based upon the US company Pretzel’s pretzel shaped track design. The ride has undergone many restyles and looks since opening but the overall design is the most popular and used throughout most other ghost train rides across the uk and France.
Today you shall be visited by three (okay actually five) ghosts…

We’ll it wouldn’t be Christmas without kermit, miss piggy, gonzo and friends now would it! This Saturday (Dec 2nd) we will be showing 'Muppet's Christmas Carlol' by candlelight in the beautiful surroundings of St Stephen's Church (just off Corn Street). What a wonderful meal from tonight
Slow cooked cauliflower in yoghurt, celeriac and apricot pastilla, pistachio and herb quinoa, sticky aubergine with pomegranate molasses and fattoush salad
Pudding was a mouth watering chocolate marquise with freshly baked rose shortbreads, boozy berries and crème fraiche
Utterly wonderful meal to accompany a wonderful classic…
