In order to secure your party date and time, I require a non-refundable deposit. Your date and time is not guaranteed until your deposit has been received. I will send you an invoice once you finalize your event after speaking with me on the phone. Your deposit must be received within 24 hours of booking or your party date and time will be released to the next client.
Your remaining balance is due the day of your event before Cinderella enters your party. No exceptions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for some unforeseeable reason, we will work together to reschedule your party as quickly as possible. While it is very unlikely, I reserve the right to cancel any appearance due to serious or contagious illness or injury of myself or my family. In this situation, the booking deposit will be put towards a new available event date.
Cinderella Arrivals
Cinderella will arrive at the requested appearance time and will text you upon her arrival. I try not to arrive early so that all your guests will be at the event before Cinderella makes her appearance. If, for some reason, you do not see Cinderella at the event start time feel free to give me a call. I take pride in arriving right on time! If, for some unforeseeable reason, Cinderella is late due to circumstances beyond her control, she will stay the extended time to compensate for her tardiness.
Safety
An adult must be present in the same area as Cinderella and the children throughout the entire event. Parents are welcome to take pictures, video, and enjoy the performance and activities.
Severe Weather - Outside Parties
I love to entertain outside, but in the event of inclement weather (rain, extreme heat/cold, etc.) I will require an indoor space to entertain.
Guest Behavior
If Cinderella feels unsafe for any reason due to a guest’s behavior, she has the right to confront a third party to help remove them from the party or event immediately. Cinderella is not responsible for children’s behavior, and Cinderella may leave the premises in extreme situations. This includes both physical and verbal situations.
Party Activities
Cinderella will do her best to get through all of the activities listed under each package, however in the event that there are more children than anticipated, Cinderella is not obligated to complete all activities. If there is an activity you are providing and would like Cinderella to participate in, please notify me in advance!
Other Entertainment
When you book with Middle Tennessee Princess Parties, please let me know if you will be having some other type of entertainment at your event. This helps Cinderella know what to expect so she can ensure the best performance. Character integrity is very important to me, so I require notice of any type of other character entertainment that will be attending the event.
Gratuity
Tips for Cinderella are not included in the price of the party. Gratuity is not required, but is always appreciated should you wish to reward Cinderella for her excellent service!
