But I do have something interesting I want your opinion on . . . I've noticed some people DO NOT want any cursive fonts on their flyers because they're afraid some people won't be able to read it! . . . Are we really there people? I'm assuming it's the really young crowd that's having the issue. Are we now seeing the effects of kids not learning how to read and write cursive? It sucks because I have some really cool cursive fonts. Lol! Anywho, Happy Wednesday!

Effective immediately, ALL DJ bookings will require a non-refundable retainer! If you already have an account with me and I have your form of payment we will continue to do business the same way. Why the retainer? For weddings, quinces, corporate, and any other private events I already do this, but for some, I do not take a retainer because I did not charge you a huge amount. BUT, even if I don't charge you a huge amount, I still depend on that money, especially if the date was booked months in advance, so when you cancel your event last minute, I don't get paid that week, and I'm stuck trying to book something to make up for the money I lost. No one would like to start their job on a Monday finding out they're not working a few days out of the week! That would affect your ability to pay your bills. Please understand it works that way for me too.

FLYERS! I can't say this enough, my price is my price! If you can't afford it, Canva is free! Due to some people, flyers are now C.O.D! I will send you a copy with a watermark for approval and if it's all good you can send payment and I will send you the flyer without the watermark. I shouldn't have to ask you to pay me! As I mentioned above, if you have a good-standing account with me and I have your form of payment, it's business as usual.

If these things are out of your budget then don't ask! I try to work with everyone's budget but don't take that as a weakness and try to exploit the situation. Don't ball on social media but ask if you can pay me next week for a $25-$30 flyer.

Got home a little while ago, had a bite to eat, finally sitting down and relaxing. Had a gig last night, another tonight, two more tomorrow. I want to thank everyone who took the time to say happy birthday to me. I tried to respond to texts as soon as I could, for all the people that posted on FB I see you! I will thank you all as soon as possible. It was a very busy day! I'm tired, sore, but I'll be good to go tomorrow. I'll be with Carolina Fabian tomorrow at Hector Choc's Fundraiser, stop by and grab some food, join in on the raffles, I'll be playing some music and helping where I can. I'll also be dj'ing at Cantina tomorrow starting at 2pm! I got a 1 hour set If anyone wants to stop by and say hi. No need to buy me shots, I'm not drinking. For those who asked, I don't have birthday plans or a birthday party planned, I'll save that for when I turn 50. Thanks again to all the people who still show me support. Love y'all! Good night!

Happy Wednesday everyone! I know I've seen a lot of you dealing with being sick, I've basically been down for the count since January for various reasons. Thanks to the few people who've reached out, I appreciate you. Currently fighting a cold/flu, yesterday I had a brand new symptom pop up, I can't hear out of my left ear and right ear is a bit muddy. Is it from me being sick, or maybe from all the years of loud music? Couldn't tell ya. Anywho, I'm behind on a lot of projects. I tried getting back to streaming during the day, it's very entertaining and I love it but as soon as I started, boom! I got sick again. Hoping to get going next week after I do some catching up. Like I had said, thanks to those who've reached out, and thank you to those who continue to support. Especially if you took the time to read all this. Have a great day!!!
