Be the next Miss Teen Essentials!

Screening Schedule will be on July 21, 2023, 1PM-4PM, LCC MALL LEGAZPI, ACTIVITY CENTER.

Applicant must be 15 to 19 years old before September 1, 2023. At least 5'2" barefoot tall. Must be in good health, with pleasing personality and of good moral character. Never been a mother.

Bring a copy of birth certificate, duly accomplished application form attached with 4R size whole unedited body photo and one 4R close up unedited photo. I.D of the parent and guardian.

Be in casual wear (any color), and wear light make up only. Bring cocktail dress (any shades of green), and Black skinny jeans, strictly no ripped jeans.
