Each event we get 3-5 mums and bubs that are unwell and cannot attended the event. As we have waiting list for most dates we cannot transfer your ticket to another date. As frustrating as that might be, we operate no different to all other events and movie theatres who sell tickets. We recommend passing your ticket onto a friend or even selling (cost price) to another mum via the various mums and bubs Facebook groups✌️🧡
