As a Colorado gardener there is nothing we love more than making it into May. It’s also Mental Health Awareness Month. We don’t think this is a coincidence. Researchers have studied the correlation between health and nature in a plethora of ways and the consensus is that time outside is not only recommended but imperative to your health. We have found this in our own lives and couldn’t imagine what life would look like without this work. It’s a kind of peace that is in reach to all of us and not utilized enough. We are so fortunate to bring you the joy of this therapy and hope you feel it by proxy. Take care of yourself. All our love.

What a year it has been. The joy we feel spreading nature’s beauty to your everyday and your special days has been a reward for us.
