All teams must sign a waiver ( waivers will be supplied the day of race upon sign up)
Be human powered only; no propellers or engines of any kind
You must build your raft
No paddle boards, surfboards, or kayaks
Wear Coastguard approved life jackets

Folks were having loads of fun at the Port A Days parade last year, as y’all can see in this photo that we shot at the event. This year’s festival, scheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 14, also will include a parade, plus an artists’ paint-off, chili cook-off, Coast Guard demonstration and a nutty ‘Anything that Floats but a Boat’ race. Details are in this week’s edition of the South Jetty, hitting newsstands all over Port Aransas today.
