Mazel tov on your Bar Mitzvah, Jonathan!
I created basketball-themed table signs, and set up the room with decor Mom provided: linens; menus; centerpieces; and tables including entry, candy bar, sweatshirts, and DIY photo booth.
I remained on site through the early part of the party to make sure guests were happily situated.
It was a joy to work with Jonathan’s mom on the details leading up to the big event, and to share in the family’s joy as their event came together today!

Mazel tov, Carly! I had the pleasure of creating Taylor Swift-themed decor for a sweet Bat Mitzvah girl and her lovely family. Using their logos I created 17 tall light-up cube centerpieces, card box, place cards, QR code signs, table numbers, earplugs, and a custom-sized photo sign-in board featuring gorgeous composite images provided by their graphic designer.

I began planning with this lovely family in September 2023, helping them establish a practical timeline for Abby’s February Bat Mitzvah. I created their sign-in board, centerpieces, candy table with custom logo water bottles, and served as on-site day-of coordinator for Abby’s big day. I love helping to reduce stress, and being there for my clients for such a joyous time in their lives.

Mazel tov to Jennifer on her January 27 Bat Mitzvah! It was a pleasure working with the family to create a party theme representing the Percy Jackson series, including 12 distinct centerpieces, a card box, place cards, sign-in board, and candlelighting display with her name custom cut using the font and colors of her event invitation! I love meeting requests for unique themes, turning my clients’ vision into a beautiful backdrop for their own special celebration.

Enjoyed working as Day-Of Coordinator for Ben’s Bar Mitzvah last night! In addition to setting up the decor, candy table, and swag, I made the card box, place cards, and sign-in board, which spent part of the evening WAY up high, where the kids were climbing! Mitzvah Mom did a great job making her own logo and centerpieces!

Mazel tov to Jenna and family on her Bat Mitzvah! Jenna had an eclectic style in mind, so we featured multiple shapes, logos, and lighting styles: modern cubes with varied images on each side, elegant cocktail-sized glassware for hi-tops, and tall centerpieces for the larger tables! LED lighting shifted through smooth color changes throughout the night, for a cool, clubby vibe.
