Are you a vendor of pop culture products or services? Do you want to showcase your goods to a passionate and enthusiastic audience? If so, you might be interested in applying for a spot at Townsville Pop Fest 2025!

Townsville Pop Fest is a one-day event that celebrates all things pop culture, from comics and games to movies and cosplay. It’s a fun and family friendly event for fans of all ages and backgrounds. You can expect to see amazing guests, panels, workshops, competitions, and more!

As a vendor, you will have the opportunity to sell your products or services to thousands of attendees who share your love for pop culture. You will also be part of a vibrant and supportive community of creators and entrepreneurs. Whether you are a seasoned vendor or a newcomer, you will find a place at the Townsville Pop Fest.

Thank you again to Cr Andrew Robinson for TCC for coming down to help open our festival on the weekend on behalf of the Townsville City Council! In full regalia, he declared a proclamation of fun and excitement for the day, flanked by the wonderful armed guards from Prima Spada School of Fence!

We were so grateful that Townsville STEM Hub came onboard to sponsor our STEM Catapult Competition for this year's festival! And congratulations again to Heatley Secondary College for both wins!!!!

Seeing these students use their passion for Engineering & Physics to create these machines was truly awe inspiring and we know they are already planning improvements to take the crown again next year!!

Hear ye, hear ye! As you prepare for a day of merriment at the Townsville Medieval and Fantasy Festival, please take note of our payment guidelines:

💵 Cash or Card? Our vendors have the freedom to choose their preferred payment methods, so it’s best to bring a bit of both cash and card to ensure you can enjoy all the festival has to offer.

🚫 No ATM On-Site: Unfortunately, there is no ATM available on the festival grounds. However, there is an ATM at the shopping centre across the road.

🍻 Card Only at Cluden: If you plan to enjoy some beverages at the bar, please note that Cluden has gone card-only. Make sure to have your card ready for any purchases there.

🛡️🗡️ Parking Info for Townsville Medieval and Fantasy Festival 🗡️🛡️

Greetings, noble festival-goers! As you prepare to embark on your journey to the Townsville Medieval and Fantasy Festival this Sunday, please take note of our parking arrangements:

🚗 On-Site Parking: Parking is available on-site but subject to availability. We encourage you to organise carpools and share rides whenever possible to help accommodate everyone. Please follow all signage and directions of the Cluden Carpark, it is set out in a way to accommodate the most people. Please show consideration to others.

🚖 Drop-Off Zone: We have a designated area for drop-offs, taxis, and rideshares (Uber, etc.) to ensure a smooth and efficient arrival.
Taxi services operate across Townsville and can be contacted on:
- 13Cabs on 132 227 or Checkered Cabs on 131 974

🚶 Nearby Parking: Additional parking is available in Idalia, just a short walk from the festival grounds. Make sure you cross the road safely and look both ways!

From the sizzling meats to sweet nectars of the forest, your palate shall embark on a gastronomic quest like no other. Here’s a glimpse of the feasting that awaits:

🎫EXTRA TICKETS - BY PUBLIC DEMAND🎫

Ok Townsville! We have heard you and the excitement for this event has managed to crash our inbox 😵😵 Due to this we have spent the last 48 hours calling in ALL the favours, getting extra facilities, seating and food so we can let 500 more people through the door! Once again, we are a small, volunteer community group so an event this big for our first year is WILD!!! Thank you for your support Townsville! 🐲

We are sorry it can't be more but functionally this is the limit! So get in quick, at 6pm tonight our ticketing site will go live and once they are gone, they are GONE. We have made it 6pm so hopefully this is accessible for most people!

We are so excited so many of you are keen for this event and hopefully this demand shows local and state governments that FNQ wants these events! Keep showing your support so we can only grow this event!
